With the aim of enhancing team cohesion, breaking down departmentalbarriers, fostering mutual understanding and trust, conveying the company’s care for its staff, cultivating a harmonious and positive workingatmosphere and corporate culture, boosting staff’ssense of belonging and well-being, and supporting the company’s long-term, stable development, the company recently organised ateam-building event in Hangzhou.
Whether it was the mutual cooperation in games played for the sakeof team honour or the exchange of ideas during group creative sessions, everyone experienced the power of 1+1>2.

Everyone formed teams and brainstormed ideas for their own unique team names, imbuing their teams with a distinctive spirit. They then worked together to design formations, synchronise their poses within the allotted time, and complete a creative team photo shoot.

Pulling ropes to stack blocks, playing Monopoly, group painting, campfire evenings… These activities test our mutual understanding; by maintaining a steady rhythm and working together, we come to appreciate the importance of trust and collaboration through repeated attempts and adjustments.

The event not only brought out our colleagues’ hidden talents, but also provided an opportunity to interact with our colleagues. Through these relaxed interactions, we discovered different strengths in everyone and felt the team’s inclusiveness and warmth.

We are deeply grateful to the company’strade union and management for their support, which ensured the smoothcompletion of this team-building event. We honed our teamwork through games, forged a shared understanding through collaborative efforts, and found warmtharound the campfire; this brief respite has set us up to move forward withrenewed vigour.

Following the event, the new staff members shared their genuine thoughts, stating that the event had helped to break the ice between them, that the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly, and that it had helped them integrate into the team more quickly, leaving them feeling more enthusiastic about their future work.
Finally, I’d like to encourage everyone to work hard so that we can organise another team-building event next time.
